carrier haulage by rail in the United States with

    Norfolk Southern (NS), Union Pacific Railroad (UP),
    Canadian National Railway(CN),

    USD 150.00  per container and per railroad involved
 
 2. Northwest Container Services Inc.(NWCS)                
    USD 250.00  per container and per railroad involved

For hazardous cargo not mentioned in the tariff, the Haz. cargo
 surcharges will be accessed on top of non-haz. cargo rate published
 in the tariff under the same commodity description.
