The following charge shall apply to all shipments governed
 by this tariff that contain hazardous materials moving under
 carrier haulage by rail in the United States with
 
 1. CSX, Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad (BNSF), 
    Norfolk Southern (NS), Union Pacific Railroad (UP)
    USD 150.00  per container and per railroad involved
 
 2. Northwest Container Services Inc.(NWCS)                
    USD 250.00  per container and per railroad involved    
   
 3. Canadian National Railway(CN)
