1) For China
A. For Document at China (U13W)
If customer requests Carrier's China office to issue
Original Bill of Lading, any shipping documents but that
China office is not the cargo booking office or the location
that listed under the Carrier's Original Bill of Lading's
Origin/Port of Loading/Port of Discharge/Destination boxes,
then that China office will charge a 3rd place service fee
from customer per below.
Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao,
Zhengzhou, Xian, Lianyungang
Nanjing, Suzhou, Shanghai, (I)
Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wuhan, Chong Qing : CNY 700 Per Bill of Lading (I)
China (except above mentioned ) : CNY 600 Per Bill of Lading
B. For Payment at China (U142)
If customer requests Carrier's China office to collect ocean
freight payment, but that China office is neither the cargo
booking office nor the location that listed under the Carrier's
Original Bill of Lading's Origin/Port of Loading/Port of
Discharging/Destination Boxes, China office will charge a 3rd
Place Payment Fee per below.
Dalian, Tianjin, Qingdao,
Zhengzhou, Xian, Lianyungang
Nanjing, Suzhou, Shanghai, (I)
Hangzhou, Ningbo, Wuhan, Chong Qing : CNY 500 Per Bill of Lading (I)
China(except above mentioned) : CNY 450 Per Bill of Lading
Note : If customer already pays 3rd Place Service Fee (U13W),
this Administrative Fee (U142) will Not be Applicable in the same place.
2) For Hong Kong and Macau
If customer requests Carrier's Hong Kong or Macau office to
issue Original Bill of Lading or any shipping documents, but
that Hong Kong or Macau office is not the location that listed
under the Carrier's Bill of Lading as origin/Port of Loading/
Port of Discharge/Destination, then that Hong Kong or Macau
office will charge a Document fee from customer per below.
Hong Kong and Macau : HKD 580 per Bill of Lading (U135) (Exp:Jun/30/14) (E)
HKD 650 per Bill of Lading (U135) (Eff:Jul/01/14) (A)
For China export and import shipments only -
If customer requests Carrier's Hong Kong or Macau office to
collect any ocean freight or surcharges payment, but that
Hong Kong or Macau office is not the location that listed under
the Carrier's Bill of Lading as Origin/Port of Loading/Port of
Discharge/Destination, then that Hong Kong or Macau office will
charge an Administrative Fee from customer per below.
Hong Kong and Macau (U142) :
For USA, PR to Far East trade: USD 50 per B/L
For others : USD 50 per B/L
Note : This Administrative Fee will be not applicable for cargo
export from or import to Guangdong Province.
3) For Taiwan
If customer requests Carrier's Taiwan office to issue/switch Original
Bill of Lading or any shipping documents, but that Taiwan
office is not the location that listed under the Carrier's
Bill of Lading as Origin/Port of Loading/Port of Discharge/
Destination, then that Taiwan office will charge a Document fee
from customer per below.
Taiwan to USA :TWD 3000 Per Bill of Lading (U135)
(subject to additional local value added tax)
If customer requests Carrier's Taiwan office to collect any ocean
freight or surcharges payment, but that Taiwan office is not the
location that listed under the Carrier's Bill of Lading as Origin/
Port of Loading/Port of Discharge/Destination, then that Taiwan office
will charge an Administrative Fee from customer per below.
Taiwan : TWD 1700 Per Bill of Lading (U142)
(subject to additional local value added tax)
Note : If customer pays Taiwan 3rd Place Documentation Fee (U135),
this Administrative Fee (U142) will be Not Applicable.
4) For Korea (U135)
If customer requests Carrier's Korea office to issue Original
Bill of Lading or any shipping documents, but that Korea
office is not the location that listed under the Carrier's
Bill of Lading as Origin/Port of Loading/Port of Discharge/
Destination, then that Korea office will charge a Document Fee
from customer per below:
Korea : KRW 35,000 per Bill of Lading

(A)- Rate increase
