When carrier is requested to re-issue a Seaway B/L or
send a telex release to POD after the OB/L has already 
been issued to the shipper or printed by shipper,a 
B/L Correction Fee of USD 50 per Seaway B/L or telex
release shall be paid by shipper.

When Carrier is requested to perform one of the following.  
A Bill of Lading Correction Fee (U13D) of USD 50 per each 
time of request will be applied on bill of lading.

1. Correction requested on a bill of lading after the initial 
original bill of lading has already been issued or printed by 
shipper. or

2. A request of correction and/or re-issue a new set of original 
after the initial original bill of lading has already been issued 
or printed by shipper. (U13A) or

3. A request of email release to port of discharge/destination 
when original bill of lading has been surrendered back to Carrier. 
(U13B) or

4. If initial bill of lading instruction request original bill of 
lading type and later on request an email release to port of discharge/destination even original bill of lading has not been 
issued but are held by Carrier for email release purpose. (U13B) or

5. When Carrier is requested to change bill of lading nature 
(original bill of lading to sea waybill or vice versa) after 
vessel sailed.  

Exception:  
a) Not applicable for diversion of cargo 

b) In a situation when both Bill of Lading Correction Fee (U13D) 
and Manifest Amendment fee (MAF) or European Union Manifest Amendment 
Fee  (EUMAF) should apply. We will apply Bill of Lading Correction 
Fee (U13D) only. 


(E)-Expire (C)-revised wording

When Carrier is requested to perform one of the following.  
A Bill of Lading Correction Fee (U13D) of USD 50 per each 
time of request will be applied on bill of lading.

lading release at destination" to port of discharge/destination when 
original bill of lading has been surrendered back to Carrier. (U13B)

Exception:  
a) Not applicable for diversion of cargo 

B) In a situation when both Bill of Lading Correction Fee (U13F) and 
Manifest Amendment fee (MAF) or European Union Manifest Amendment Fee
(EUMAF) should apply. We will apply Bill of Lading Correction Fee 
(U13F) only.
