The following charge shall apply to all shipments governed
 by this tariff that contain hazardous materials moving under
 carrier haulage by rail in the United States with CSX,
 Burlington Northern Santa Fe  Railroad, Norfolk Southern  
 or Union Pacific Railroad.             

 USD 80/cntr per railroad involved   (Exp:Jul/31/15) (E)
 USD 150/cntr per railroad involved  (Eff:Aug/01/15) (A)
