the Original B/L has already been issued to the shipper, 
a B/L Correction Fee of USD 50 per Seaway B/L 
shall be paid by shipper.

send a telex release to POD after the OB/L has already 
been issued to the shipper or printed by shipper,a 
B/L Correction Fee of USD 50 per Seaway B/L or telex
