- Composing, typing, and distributing meeting notes, correspondence, and reports
- Completing expense reports
- Arranging and organizing business trips travel arrangements and itineraries domestic and international
- Setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems
- Greeting visitors and callers, handling their inquires
